Description
The multiplication board is based on the Montessori method and is used for practice with the multiplication tables from 1×1 through 10×10.
This activity shows the child different ways of doing multiplication in a hands-on way. Additionally it introduces the multiplication (x) and equals (=) signs and it helps the child to memorise the multiplication tables.
The set includes:
- 1 multiplication board
- a box with small plastic cards numbering 1-10 (the multiplicand)
- a red disc (the multiplier)
- a box of 100 red acrylic beads
